Respectfully, should the complex be completed entirely by 2025, business hours will be 24 hours, seven days a week, which will be divided into three shifts: (7-3), (3-11), and (11-7). All medical practitioners will work on shift changes, financial Difficulties, Medical Bills, and MAHES will pay much attention to emergencies. Financial difficulties will not stop the treatment prescribed to patients. Medical insurance coverage opportunities will be kindly retrieved and exploited to cover medical bills that patients cannot settle
